Compendium of Curiosities 3 Challenge #2

Hello all Tim fans and welcome to Challenge 2 of Tim Holtz Compendium of Curiosities 3 ... here is the link..  http://lindaledbetter.com/cc3challenge

Challenge 2 is using Tim's Distress Glitter Technique on page 56 (see the book for technique instructions).
If you would like to participate all you need to do is purchase your own copy of  Tim's new book. Here is the link if you would like a signed copy from the Master himself...... go here

Distress Glitter is not like your usual glitter. I’m not a glitter fan, but this stuff is awesome....

The Sponsor for this Challenge is The funkie Junkie.  There is a $25 Voucher for the Winner!!
And as with Challenge 1, the team  will be selecting a “Curiosity Crew’s Choice” winner who will win a fantastic collection of Tim’s products, courtesy of Tim himself and Mario Rossi, his business manager and everyone’s favorite “Behind the Scenes” social media rockstar!   (If its the same as last month I would't mind walking away with that prize...)

Here is my take on the Challenge....

Thanks for visiting my blog..

PS.. thanks for the lovely comments

  1. I absolutely LOVE this piece, Liesl! very creative to use the corrugated cardboard as a base. You used just the right amount of glitter so that it didnt overwhelm your composition! Love the glitter highlights on the butterflies as well as the glittery clock. Thanks for playing along with us!

  6. Your vintage glittery piece is absolutely beautiful! The corrugated background really pops the flowers and especially Tim's Weathered Clock die cut. Your use of his glitter reminds me of vintage glitter glass. I am with you...not much of a glitzy girl...but I love his glitters! Thanks for joining us at CC3C. <3 Candy
